These terms govern use of the Trastii service. By creating an account or using the product, you accept these conditions.
The service
Trastii lets you generate, retain, and review evidence packs related to identity and access. The service is offered primarily in a self-service model.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for the scope of the evidence sources you authorize.
- You may not use the service illegally, abusively, or in a way that compromises third-party security.
Evidence and non-certification
Trastii provides verifiable support for evaluation and oversight. It does not certify regulatory compliance by itself or guarantee audit outcomes.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when appropriate. We aim to maintain suitable availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trastii is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service outside its reasonable control.
Governing law
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are interpreted under Spanish law.
